프로브의 종류 

 

 

프로브는 일반적으로 측정 대상에 따라 전압 프로브와 전류 프로브로 나뉩니다. 전압 프로브에는 패시브 프로브와 액티브 프로브가 포함됩니다. 

프로브의 종류는 다음과 같습니다:

• 수동 프로브(Passive Probe)
• 능동 프로브(Active Probe)
• 차동 프로브(Differential Probe)
• 전류 프로브(Current Probe)
• 고압 차동 프로브
• 고압 프로브 

수동 프로브(Passive Probe)
사용 범위가 가장 넓은 프로브이며 경제적인 면에서도 큰 장점을 갖고 있어 흔히 사용되는 편입니다. 

능동 프로브(Active Probe)
트랜지스터 또는 FET 같은 기타 능동 소자가 포함되거나 이에 의존하여 작동하는 프로브입니다. 

차동 프로브(Differential Probe)
Reference Ground가 없을 때 두 신호 사이의 전위차를 측정하며, 양극/음극으로 나 2개의 입력과 별도의 접지 리드를 가진 프로브입니다. 

전류 프로브(Current Probe)
전기 회로에서 흐르는 전류를 측정하는데 사용되는 도구입니다. 일반적으로 전류 프로브는 작은 전류를 측정하는 데 사용되며, 높은 전류를 측정하려면 전류 센서나 변류기(CT)를 사용해야 합니다.
